Advice from the merchant side of the table.

I operate a Shopify Plus business generating more than $2.5 million in annual e-commerce revenue. That means I deal with the same questions business owners bring to me: which Shopify plan makes sense, which apps are worth paying for, how to handle inventory and shipping, when automation helps, where costs creep in, and what becomes painful as order volume grows.

I started Franchi Consulting because there is a gap between Shopify’s sales material, agencies that make money implementing solutions, and the reality of operating a store every day. Sometimes Shopify is the right answer. Sometimes a business needs a different plan, fewer apps, a simpler setup, or no migration at all.

What I bring to the conversation

• Hands-on experience operating a seven-figure Shopify business.
• Practical experience with Shopify Plus, B2B, inventory, shipping, payments, promotions, customer retention and apps.
• An operator’s view of cost, complexity and return on investment.
• No incentive to sell you development, design or a particular app.

What I don’t do

I’m not a web-development agency and I’m not trying to become one. I don’t sell store builds, themes or software. If you need implementation, I can help you understand what you should be asking for and evaluate the options, but the consulting relationship starts with your business and the decisions you need to make.

Why that matters

Many Shopify decisions look simple until you live with them at scale. A cheap app can become expensive. A workaround can become an operational bottleneck. A plan upgrade can either save money or waste it. My job is to help you see those trade-offs before you commit.
